Included in this package:


  • An inclusive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits, routines, and concerns you may have that will be filled out prior to our consultation. This allows me to gain information about your current sleep situation and will enhance your private consultation.
  • A 90 minute consultation where we will discuss the sleep needs of your child, how to recognize signs of tiredness, sleep schedules, sleep strategies, discuss possible problems and outcomes, and how to approach bedtime, naptime, night-wakings and any other issues or concerns you may have.
  • A customized and detailed sleep plan that you will receive a copy of following the consultation.
  • Five follow up telephone calls (typically lasting 15 minutes) during the first week following the implementation of the sleep plan. I will address any issues, concerns or questions you may have, celebrate successes and, most importantly, offer support and encouragement.
  • From the day you decide to implement the plan you have three weeks of unlimited email support. I will respond to your email within 24-hours.
  • Dreaming of Sleep Resource Guide : Includes topics such as nap transitioning, travel tips, testing, illness, teething etc.

This package is ideal for parents with children ages 18 months and up. Sleep is very important to the healthy growth and development of children and anytime is a great time to help your child improve their sleep skills. All consultations are confidential and can take place in the comfort of your own home or via phone or skype.
